| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |
DEPOSIT: $400 or 20%, whichever is greater, plus $35 booking fee.
FINAL PAYMENT: Due on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If more than 90 days prior to arrival date - all monies refunded, less $35
booking fee and $50 cancellation fee. If less than 90 days prior to arrival
date - no refund unless unit is rented at the same rate for the full term,
less $35 booking fee and $50 cancellation fee.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT WAIVER:
A signed credit card damage waiver is required for your reservation and
will only be used to cover damages or extra charges incurred by our
renters in the event of physical damages, lost keys, extra cleaning,
excessive laundry, or missing items. The waiver is due on or before
60 days to prior arrival date.
NOTE:
We make every effort to reduce the inconvenience to you by expediting
any necessary repairs to the condo, appliances, and fixtures, as well as to
the amenities and common elements of the complex. No rebate can be
approved due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR UNITS.
