DEPOSIT: $300 or 20%, whichever is greater.
FINAL PAYMENT: Due on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Administration fee of $100 and if cancelled within 60 days of arrival, all
prepaid funds forfeited unless rental at same rate for the full term.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT WAIVER:
A signed credit card damage waiver is required for your reservation.
The waiver is due on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
NOTE:
We make every effort to reduce the inconvenience to you by expediting
any necessary repairs to the condo, appliances, and fixtures, as well as to
the amenities and common elements of the complex. No rebate can be
approved due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR UNITS.
