Deposit and Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS:
All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 deposit or 20%,
whichever is greater. Visa or MasterCharge is accepted for deposits.
A personal check is also accepted for deposit but must be received within
5 business days from the date of your reservation.
Balance due is payable by check 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by us in
writing, fax or email, 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. With
notice to us of less than 90 days, the deposit will only be refunded if
we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation
at the same rate.
With less than 60 days notice, the rental fee will be forfeited unless
we can rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same
rate.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A security/damage deposit of $200.00 is required for your reservation
to cover damages and extra charges incurred by our renters. It can be
accepted with either a credit card or a personal check/cash. This deposit
covers physical damage, lost keys, extra cleaning, excess laundry or
missing items.
A credit card security/damage deposit waiver is available instead of
a $200.00 cash deposit. Use the credit card waiver if you do not want
to send the $200.00 security deposit. The credit card security/damage
waiver is held in your file for any extra charges. If there are no
additional charges, there is nothing charged against your credit
card and the damage waiver is destroyed by shredding.
The cash security/damage deposit is due 60 days prior to your
arrival. If there are no additional charges, it is refunded within
three weeks after your check out date.

We make every effort to reduce the inconvenience to you by
expediting any necessary repairs to the condo, appliances and
fixtures, as well as to the amenities and common elements of the
complex. No rebate can be approved due to circumstances beyond
our control.
